This sale only happens once a year. The 3-wick candles from Bath & Body Works are $8.50 today (12/3) only in-store. These candles make a great gift and retail for $22.50 normally.
Don't forget to check your mailers or past purchase coupons to see if you have a coupon that can be used in conjunction with the sale. I had a free item with a $10 or more purchase and $10 off $30.
